Chip Mitchell has been involved in youth hockey for the last ten years. Most recently, he has served as President of the Montgomery Youth Hockey Association for four years and he has been an MYHA Board member as well. He was born and raised in Maryland, attended the University of Maryland and went to law school at Georgetown University.
